A Henryetta man has been found guilty in federal court of abusing a baby.

Federal prosecutors in Muskogee say 24 year old Zion Canard abused the infant on September 12th, 2022, resulting in cuts, bruises, and a brain hemorrhage.

Sentencing will happen at a later date.
This is now a conviction.
