A man has been charged with selling nude pictures of a former girlfriend on social media.
The affidavit for Marico Ferrick, says the couple broke up and she got a protective order against him, but, she called the police saying he violated that order by constantly calling and texting, saying, he would hurt her if she didn’t answer and saying he was watching her job and home and there was no place she could go to escape him.
The affidavit says Ferrick told the victim he was selling nude photos of her and videos of the two of them having sex.
Police got a search warrant for Ferrick’s Snapchat account and say they discovered evidence of Ferrick selling the images and videos to multiple different users and giving his account information where he could be paid and showing he’d received at least $1,500.
Records show he’s currently on a 4 year suspended sentence in Oklahoma County for domestic assault and battery, issued in 2 018.
Records show he was sentenced to 5 years in prison in May of 2020 for Tulsa County charges of having a gun as a felon, forgery and violating a protective order.
He served less than 2 years and was released last March.
