A Tulsa man has been charged with rape, accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was 20.
The affidavit for Paul Matthew says the 20 year old told someone about the assault and that person went to school the next day and told a principal, who called police.
The affidavit says the assault happened in the fall of 2021.
It says since then, police have conducted numerous interviews and waited five months for lab results.
It says police were told Matthew keeps a gun and a bat nearby and is known to be violent and dangerous.
It says the victim said Matthew told her not to tell anyone and that he only “guiding and teaching” her.
It says the victim told police she was afraid she would be hurt or even killed, if she came forward or called 911.
