Man has been charged with lewd molestation, police say
A man has been charged with lewd molestation.
The probable cause affidavit for Alexander Demato says he was accused in February of a molesting a girl he knew, three times.
It says after the girl told an adult and that adult called police, BAPD detectives interviewed Demato.
It says he admitted he’d done what the girl said.
This is a charge, not a conviction.
