A Bixby man has been charged with having 2 pictures and 5 videos of child pornography.
The affidavit for Mark Jones says a tip was sent in by Snapchat on 4-14-22 to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
OK received the tip on 2-21-23.
LA Bixby police officer investigated with the help of the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office Child Predator Unit.
The affidavit says Jones admitted downloading the images and said he had “tried to fight it all the time” and hadn’t looked at child porn in about a year, but, before that, had done so consistently for about 3 years.
These are charges, not convictions.
