A man has been charged with 2nd degree manslaughter, accused of causing a wreck last fall in Jenks, that killed the other driver.
The affidavit for Jesse Morris, says he was driving south near 101st and Elwood in Jenks, when he crossed the center line and slammed head-on into the victim’s truck.
It happened November 12th.
It says the victim was Yoshio Garfias and he was pinned in his truck and died from his injuries.
The report says Morris is mentally delayed and under the guardianship of a relative and had been in 4 previous wrecks in the 4 months before this crash.
