A man has been arrested in connection to a 2015 attempted rape in Tulsa.
The affidavit for Mario Ruiz says it happened in December of 2015, when Ruiz went into a massage parlor near 48th and Yale and asked for a 1/2 hour massage, then told the woman, he wanted a “happy ending” and when she refused, she says he pulled a gun on her, forced her to the floor and tried to rape her, then ejaculated on her leg.
It says DNA testing came back to Ruiz, who had been accused of a rape in Carter County.
It says there’s also a protective order against Ruiz in Wagoner County by a woman who used to be in a relationship with him, and told investigators he had previously raped her as well.
