A man has been arrested, charged with sexual battery, involving a middle school age girl.
The probable cause affidavit for 32-year-old Adam Stanley says back in April, 2 girls invited another girl to a party, since they were all friends from middle school.
It says the girl invited to the party, brought her boyfriend, who was Stanley and it was the first time, the friends had ever met him.
It says Stanley’s girlfriend drank too much and threw up several times and fell asleep on the floor.
It says one of the girls was taking care of Stanley’s girlfriend and then laid down next to the sick girl on the floor and also fell asleep.
It says Stanley then laid next to that girl.
It says the girl who lived at the house didn’t like what she saw, so she went into another room where she started recording.
It says she recorded Stanley reaching under the covers and touching the girl who was sleeping next to Stanley’s girlfriend.
It says the girl who was recording, ran into the living room, yelling for Stanley to leave.
It says he denied any wrongdoing, but, did leave once the girl said she was calling police.
It says the girl who was touched, wasn’t aware until she saw the video.
