A man has been arrested, accused of setting a house on fire with a person inside.
The arrest report for Lowell Montieth doesn’t have many details, other than when investigators got there and processed the scene and conducted interviews, they determined Montieth was the person responsible.
He was booked for arson and endangering human life during arson.
