A Jenks man has been arrested, accused of having 400 images and 49 videos of child sexual abuse material on his cell phone.
The affidavit for Brendan Rhoden says a tip came in from the National Center for Missing and Endangered Children to the Owasso Police Department of a person downloading child pornography from May through August of 2023.
An officer traced the email and phone number to a man who had lived in Owasso until April of 2023, then, moved to Jenks.
It says Rhoden admitted to police he had been viewing and downloading the child sex abuse images on his cell phone.
The affidavit says the images showed children under the age of 12, including toddlers, engaging in various sex acts.
Rhoden has been charged with 2 counts of child sexual exploitation.
