RawNews1st – 7 new charges have been filed against a man I told you about last week who was arrested and charged in Tulsa for exposing himself to several women either jogging or walking their dogs in Tulsa’s Midtown area.
Now, Ronaldo Segovia is being charged with new cases that happened in Broken Arrow and most of them involved kids under the age of 18.
The new affidavit from Broken Arrow says their detectives interviewed Segovia after his Tulsa arrest and he also confessed to the BA cases, but didn’t seem to realize the victims were juveniles.
It says he told them he had seen the behavior in the porn he watches so he decided to try it.
The BA affidavit lists the following incidents:
December 27, 2020: a woman was jogging and he drove up next to her and raised up his hips so she could see he was touching himself.
January 3, 2021: 2 boys were walking and he drove up next to them and showed them he was touching himself.
January 17, 2021: a girl was walking home from school when he drove next to her while touching himself and smiling at her.
March 9, 2021: a girl was walking home from the bus stop when he was parked in the street and rose up his hips to show her he was touching himself.
July 6, 2021: a woman was walking and he drove up next to her and showed her he was touching himself.
February 13, 2022: a woman was walking her dog when he passed her 3-4 times before he got out of the vehicle near her and showed her, he was touching himself.
May 17, 2022: a girl walking home from school, drove up next to her and showed her that he was touching himself.
He’s facing 5 counts in Tulsa and 7 counts in Broken Arrow.
