A man caught sexually assaulting a child by the victim’s father has been arrested and charged.
Police said the girl’s father became suspicious of 22-year-old Elijah Casey who is related to the victim.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the father installed surveillance cameras inside his home and saw Casey assaulting the child in the kitchen. The father ran in to stop Casey until he left the house.
