Man arrested with 11+ pounds of Fentanyl, meth, and black tar heroin: 2.5 million

Oklahoma – The Mingo Valley Division Street Crimes Unit served a warrant at an apartment at 1st and Rockford.

Officers recovered 11 pounds of Fentanyl, several pounds of meth, 140+ grams of heroin, including some black tar heroin, $7,000 in cash, and several firearms.

According to the CDC, the lethal dose of Fentanyl is .002 grams, or 2 milligrams. Officers recovered more than 5200 grams of Fentanyl in the forms of powder and pills, which is approximately enough for 2.5 million lethal doses.

The occupant of the apartment, Raul Plata-Cibrian, was taken into custody. Plata-Cibrian told Officers he is from Tepic, the capitol of the state of Nayarit in western Mexico.

Officers arrested Raul Plata-Cibrian for:

  • Aggravated Trafficking of Controlled Drugs x 3
  • Possession of a Firearm in commission of a Felony

This is an arrest, not a conviction.
