42-year-old Fayetteville man arrested for indecent liberties and child abuse
At 7:02 a.m., Kyle Andrew Brown, 42, of Fayetteville, was arrested and charged with 11 counts of Indecent Liberties With a Child, 10 counts of Statutory Sex Offense With a Child Less than 15, and 11 counts of Felony Child Abuse – Sexual Acts.
Brown was taken to the Cumberland County Center and held without bond.
His first appearance is scheduled for Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.
