Tulsa man arrested, charged with kicking a pregnant woman in the stomach and trying to stab her.
The affidavit for Larry Chaplin says in November, he showed up to a home where the victim was inside sleeping.
It says the victim knew him as the father of her aunt’s child.
It says he didn’t live there and wasn’t invited but stood outside the victim’s window, asking to be let inside and she refused.
It says he came in anyway and told her, he had something for her and kicked her in the stomach and tried to stab her, but, dropped the knife and ran, after the victim screamed.
The victim was several weeks pregnant.
Chaplin is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and 1st degree burglary.
