A homeless man who’s out on bond for an attempted child stealing case, has been arrested again, this time, accused of raping two girls, ages 13 and 14.
In February, Damon Dozier was charged with trying to abduct 2 children he did not know.
Judge Theresa Dreiling set bond at $750 and Dozier was released and that case is still pending.
On June 12th, the affidavit says Dozier picked up a 13 year old runaway near 51st and Harvard and took her to a nearby location and raped her.
On June 14th, it says he picked up a couple of 14 year old runaways near 51st and Harvard.
It says one of the girls got into some water naked and Dozier joined her and had soap and offered to share it with her and wash her neck and she agreed, but, then, he began molesting her and when she faced him, he held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her if she screamed.
It says he began to rape her and she told him no and pushed him away and he stopped.
It says when police interviewed him, he remembered the incident but said nothing sexual happened and he thought the girls were 18.
Police say there may be additional victims.
In the February incident, the arrest report says Dozier was talking to some kids and when they walked off, Dozier grabbed the arm of a 15 year old girl.
Her father confronted Dozier and another family said before that, Dozier had grabbed an 8 year old by the arm as well, but, her mother confronted Dozier.
Witnesses in that case, say Dozier was acting weird and talking to several young kids he didn’t know.
It says Dozier told police he was worried about the kids because they were with adults and he was trying to be a good citizen and offer them help.
He’s been booked into jail on a $100,000 bond for now.
Dozier was convicted in Tulsa County in 2015 for attempted burglary and domestic assault with a dangerous weapon.
He was given a 2 year prison sentence and served 7 months. (the sentence was 7 years total, with 2 in prison and 5 on probation.)
In both the 2023 cases, these are charges, not convictions.
