Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of trying to get into his sister’s home, then shooting out her security camera, while drinking.

The arrest report for Jose Arredondo says it happened May 24th and the woman wasn’t home, but, her 16 year old daughter was and the woman saw her brother, via security camera on her phone.

It says when he couldn’t get inside, he went to his car and got a gun with a long barrel and fired at the security camera over the home’s garage and officers found several holes around the camera and 1 bullet had hit the camera.

It says when they tried to get him out of the car, he would put his hands up and down, roll the windows up and down, turn the music up loud and down, and open the trunk but, not refused to get out or do as he was told.

It says he was drinking from a bottle, yelling and cussing as officers, telling them, they would have to shoot him.

It says they shot pepper balls into the car and he got out, but still wouldn’t comply, so a K-9 bit him and he was taken into custody.

It says he had a .22 pistol plus ammo and 2 large empty liquor bottles in the car.
It says he speech was slurred, he was unsteady and had red, bloodshot eyes.

He’s charged with 7 counts including shooting into a dwelling, having a gun during a felony, having a gun while intoxicated and DUI.
