Oklahoma – A man currently on a deferred sentence in Tulsa County, has been arrested by Tulsa Police, accused of threatening to stab, strangling, beating and biting his girlfriend.
The affidavit for Walter Spradlin says on June 22nd, she reported he became jealous and they argued and he jumped on her and threatened her with a knife, then threw a knife into the wall and used a different knife to stab a pillow right next to her.
It says he strangled her 2-3 times until she passed out, punched her around 20 times and bit her nose and shoulder and kicked her shin.
It says she had bruises around her eye, on her neck, chest, shoulder and shin.
It says this happened in front of her 4 year old daughter. It says she had reported him to BAPD a week earlier for punching her as well.
He has been charged in both cases.-Records show 4 months ago in March of 2022, he was put on a 2 year deferred sentence for eluding police and having meth.
Records show in January of 2017, he was given a 2 year deferred sentence for burglary, but, broke the rules and had the sentence revoked and was then sentenced to 28 days in county jail.
