Man accused of spending thousands on OnlyFans using stolen credit card, police say
Detectives say the majority of his purchases were made on OnlyFans and Fansly, and totaled almost $7,000.
SPD says Matthew Allen is charged with theft and access device fraud; he’s accused of using a business credit card without permission.
Police say further investigation showed other suspicious charges, which prompted detectives to get a warrant for Allen’s arrest. SPD says they found another $42,000 in fraudulent charges.
“You literally can’t make this stuff up,” police wrote in the statement to social media, also tagging “feeling embarrassed” in its post to Facebook. “Let’s just say his taste in “expenses” raised more than a few eyebrows.”
Allen turned himself in to authorities Wednesday, July 2.
