The man accused of shooting two innocent victims without warning last week, is now out of the hospital and in jail.
Police say Carlton Gilford walked into the Rudisill Library last week and shot Lundin Hathcock in the back of the head.
Lundin was sitting at a desk, using a library computer, something his family says he did often.
Police say Gilford then went to a nearby Quik Trip and shot James McDaniel in the back of the head with no warning or provocation.
They say Gilford also shot himself, which is why he was in the hospital until now.
He was booked into jail for 2 counts of murder and 2 counts of shooting with intent to kill.
