Rogers County Sheriff’s Office arrests a man accused of shooting at his ex-girlfriend’s house while 4 adults and 3 children were inside.
The arrest report for Cody Chrisman says a deputy has been called out to the same address twice in three weeks on reports of Chrisman harassing his ex.
They say the ex-girlfriend has a protective order against Chrisman and she reports he tore it into pieces when he received it and he’s been contacting her, hacking her social media and prowling around her windows.
The report says last night, at her home in the Inola area, the people inside the home, heard a vehicle outside, then popping sounds and saw flashes hitting the bricks on the house.
The report says the deputy found bullet holes in the north and west sides of the house along with .22 caliber shell casings.
It says when Chrisman was contacted near his apartment, he had open beer containers in his truck along with a .22 caliber rifle a 9mm handgun and spent .22 shell casings.
It says he was given a breathalyzer test and blew a .11.
He was arrested for the following felonies: discharging a firearm into a dwelling and using a vehicle to discharge a firearm.
He was also arrested for the following misdemeanors: carrying a firearm while under the influence, child endangerment, actual physical control of a vehicle, reckless conduct with a firearm, open container, having a gun in the commission of a crime and stalking.
