The Rogers County Sheriff’s Office arrests a man accused of sexually abusing a girl, starting when she was 12 years old and ending a few weeks ago, now that she’s 15.
The arrest report for Rocky Brown says he knew the girl.
It says she played a recorded phone call for investigators where she and Brown discussed the abuse.
It says when investigators asked Brown about it, he admitted there had been sexual acts because “the child is sexually curious” but denied there had been intercourse.
It says Brown and the victim both said authorities in AR and KS had previously investigated similar allegations, but, the child had not been believed.
Brown is now charged with three counts of lewd molestation.
If released from jail, he’s been ordered to have no contact with the girl and to be monitored by GPS.
