A man has been charged in Tulsa County this month, accused of setting three fires, near each other on the same day.
The arrest report for John Perkins, says it happened on April 5th and the first fire was a trash fire at a homeless camp and the next one was a trash dumpster not far away and the third one, was a grass fire about 200 yards away from the dumpster.
It says the last fire was captured on surveillance video at a nearby convenience store.
Records show Perkins has previous felony convictions in Pottawatomie County in 2016 for forgery and drugs and got 5 year suspended sentences in both and those sentences were later revoked for breaking the rules and he was sent to prison for 10 months.
