RawNews1st – Arrested has been made for a man accused of sending sexual messages to who he thought was a 14 year old girl.
The affidavit for Zahery Olson says back in March, he sent a FB message to an account that looked like it belonged to a girl, but, was actually an undercover deputy assigned to the Child Predator Unit.
It says Olson first said his name was “Lilly” and sent a picture of a woman.
It says the “girl” said she was 14 and Olson said “Lilly” was 26.
It says the messages quickly became sexual and Olson said he was “trans” and offered to video chat with the “girl” to show her, his penis, then sent a picture of his penis and said if they had sex, it wouldn’t hurt and he’d use a condom so she wouldn’t get pregnant.
It says he later sent a picture of his face, but, then deleted it.
It says he repeatedly asked for sexy or nude photos from the “girl.”
Investigators say they got warrants and traced the account to an address in Missouri.
It says they discovered Olson had been sending similar messages to several others on Facebook, always starting with a woman’s name and woman’s photo, then, saying he was trans, then sending a picture of his penis.
It says in one of the conversations, after sending a person a picture of his face, that person asked if the woman’s picture was someone else and he admitted it was and said he was married so he used fake accounts.
He’s charged with soliciting a minor for indecent exposure, using technology to engage in sexual communication with a minor and lewd/indecent proposal to a child.
