A man already on a suspended sentence, gets arrested by Rogers County deputies, accused of pistol whipping an employee at an Oologah dispensary during a robbery earlier this month.
The deputies had assistance from Tulsa Police, since the arrest took place after a traffic stop near 11th and Memorial in Tulsa.
Deputies arrested Chris Hulsman.
Hulsman is charged with robbery with a weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, having a gun during a felony, having a gun as a felon, assault while masked, theft of a controlled substance, conspiracy, pattern of criminal offense and kidnapping.
Records show Hulsman has these previous convictions:
2002- Creek County: shooting with intent to kill and grand larceny; sentenced in 2003 to 20 years in prison, then the sentence was suspended in 2004, then in 2007, he was sentenced to 8 years.
2015-Nowata County; drug related offenses and given a 10 year suspended sentence.
