Police arrest a man accused of kidnapping 3 people in 3 days and forcing them at gunpoint to drive him all over town.
Police say on Saturday, Bryan Saucedo-Gamino and a woman flagged down a man and forced him to drive them to the airport, then to a taco stand and while there, the victim ran to a nearby convenience store and called police, as the suspects drove off in the victim’s car.
Police say yesterday, Saucdeo-Gamino approached a couple in a car at the Promenade Mall and asked them for a lighter, then pulled a gun on them and they immediately jumped out of the car.
Police say he ordered the couple back in the car and took the man’s $14 then tried to get money from the woman’s ATM, but wasn’t successful but did make the woman cashapp him some money.
They say he threatened to shoot the man in the kidney and pointed the gun at the man’s back and head, then fired a round into the floorboard to show the couple, the gun worked.
He forced them to drive him to Sapulpa where he forced the man out and forced the woman to drive him back to Promenade Mall.
They say he was smoking a drug pipe during the ordeal.
Police spotted the car and arrested him and say he admitted “he struggles with drug addiction and needs help.”
Records show he was convicted in Tulsa County in 2019 of grand larceny and got a 2 years probation, but, broke the rules and then got a 2 year prison sentence.
He was charged in 2020 with having a gun while on D.O.C. supervision, conspiracy to commit a felony and threatening an act of violence.
2 counts were dismissed and he was convicted of the having the gun and in April of 2021, he was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
These new charges of robbery and kidnapping and having a gun as a felon are not convictions.
