Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson says a man accused of human trafficking filed his teeth so he could inflict more pain on his alleged victim.
Michael Barajas, 36, is facing multiple felonies related to kidnapping, sexual assault and other charges, according to Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson.
Barajas allegedly trafficked the 20-year-old victim while she was tied to the bed.
Sheriff Swanson said she attempted to escape three times. The third time, she was rescued at a local hospital after being treated by nurses on December 8.
After the victim gave a statement, G.H.O.S.T. was deployed and arrested Barajas.
Barajas allegedly threatened the 20-year-old victim to “bite her neck and rip out her throat” if she did not do everything he said.
