Tulsa – A Muskogee man accused of having sexual conversations through an app with someone he thought was a 14 year old girl, but was actually an undercover deputy with the Sheriff’s Office Child Predator Unit.
The affidavit for Andres Arenas says he contacted the “girl” on the Whisper app.
It says conversations took place over a period of a month.
It says during those conversations, he asked her if she was a virgin, if she was horny, what color panties she was wearing.
If she was developed, if she’d seen a penis before and repeatedly asked for nude photos and told her she was kissable but it would be illegal and offered to sneak into her house.
When her mother was gone, invited her on a trip to CA and said he was “sorry for being a perv” and to delete their conversations.
It says he told her he was 36 and had 3 children, including one about her age.
It says detectives were able to track the conversations to Arenas in Muskogee.
He’s been charged with 10 counts including lewd proposals to a minor and aggravated possession of child pornography.
