According to an arrest report, a man matching the description of 22-two-year-old Marshall Diehl grabbed a child at the World of Disney store on Tuesday.
A witness chased the man out of the store, but he was able to get away. The incident was reported to Disney security.
It was not until the next day that deputies say Diehl was caught for a similar crime. On Wednesday at 5 p.m., deputies were called to the World of Disney store about a man who had touched a girl inappropriately while she was looking at keychains.
Authorities found Diehl soon after in the Orange Garage at Disney Springs, where they arrested him.
Deputies say a victim and witness were able to positively identify Diehl.
He is charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation. He is in Orange County Jail.
