Tulsa County’s Child Predator Unit arrests a man accused of communicating online with what he believed was a 14 year old girl and repeatedly asking for nude photos.
The affidavit for 31 year old Kyle Blevins, says he reached out to a girl’s profile through the Whisper app and asked the girl how old she was and when she replied, 14, he kept communicating with her.
It says the conversation moved to Snapchat and over a period of days, he asked if he could join her in the shower, sent a photo of his face, his bare chest and wearing boxers and said he wanted to see her naked and asked for pictures of her shirtless, in her panties and of her feet.
Blevins is charged with soliciting sexual conduct with a minor using technology, soliciting a minor for indecent photographs and making lewd/indecent proposals to a child.
