Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of breaking into a car in a hotel parking lot and stealing tools and a gun.
Police say yesterday morning, they got called to the Best Western on East Admiral and say Kyle Smith had used a hammer to break the rear glass on a pickup and had taken the tools and had the stolen handgun in his waistband.
They arrested him for burglary from vehicle, having a gun after having previous felony convictions and having a gun during a felony.
This is an arrest, not a conviction.
