Police arrest a man accused of attacking his girlfriend with a knife, repeatedly hitting her with a stick all over her body, punching her repeatedly in the face and strangling her until she lost consciousness.
The arrest report for Randall Hession says it happened on July 12th at a homeless camp along the Arkansas River where they lived.
It says he hit her on her arms, legs, back and head with the stick, causing bruises all over her body and the punches left her with two, black and blue, swollen eyes.
It says after Hession went to sleep, she ran to a nearby fast food restaurant to call 911.
Records show Hession was convicted in Creek County in 2015 for drugs and given a 10 year suspended sentence and ordered to drug court, but, broke the rules and then received a 6 year prison sentence, where he served 13 months.
