RawNews1st – The Hays County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Edgar Yahir Castilla-Cortez, DOB: 10/01/2014. Castilla-Cortez is wanted out of Caldwell County for Intoxication Manslaughter, a 2nd Degree Felony. Castilla-Cortez is believed to be in the Kyle area.
Please call 911 immediately or contact your local authorities if you see this suspect.
