Male suspect caused damage to the City of Stockton Historic Symphony Association building

At approximately 6:00 p.m., an unknown male suspect caused damage to the City of Stockton Historic Symphony Association building in the area of W Fremont St and Commerce St.
He was contacted by staff members and photographed prior to fleeing the area.
He is described as a Hispanic male, 25-30 years old, 5’5”-5’8” with a goatee, and carrying a green-colored backpack.
