Male sentenced to 22 months in federal prison for hitting a handcuffed suspect
A former LeFlore County Undersheriff has been sentenced to 22 months in federal prison for hitting a handcuffed suspect.
Federal prosecutors say 45 year old Kendall Morgan pleaded guilty last November to 1 count of Deprivation of Rights.
They say Morgan admitted hitting the person in handcuffs even though the suspect was not resisting arrest and didn’t pose a threat.
