Male has now been arrested in Okmulgee County, accused of manslaughter and abuse by a caretaker.
The charges for Sean Hawks says on May 30th, say he caused the death of Samantha Martin by failing to provide her with reasonable care.
I’m working to get more details on the manslaughter case.
I covered him in 2013 when he rented a house to a woman he didn’t own and had no right to rent.
Records show he has these felony convictions in Tulsa County:
October, 2016: burglary and having a gun as a felon; 3 years in prison
October 2016: 2 counts obtaining money by false pretenses; 1 year in county jail
November 2000: embezzlement; 4 year suspended sentence
January 1996: obtaining money by false pretense; 1 year suspended sentence.
