A man with 2 previous DUI’s has been arrested for driving high and drunk, crashing into a victim, then, leaving the scene.
The arrest report for Reggie King says on March 2nd, he wrecked his girlfriend’s vehicle, then stumbled away from the scene as the victim followed and called 911.
It says when officers talk to him, he blew a .08 and appeared high on something and kept asking over and over, if the car had damage or if anyone was hurt.
It says at the jail, he repeatedly asked what his charges were, even though police say they told him over and over.
It says they found pot strewn about the wrecked vehicle, along with scales with drug residue on them, several loaded magazines, loose ammo and a rolled blunt.
It says he has the following cases in Tulsa County:
September 2022: DUI and having a gun as a felon and he’s pleaded no contest but has not been sentenced yet.
June 2022, DUI, leaving the scene of a crash that caused damage, no DL, no insurance… he’s out on bond while that case is pending.
