A man who is out on bond in two separate cases in two different counties, has been arrested by Tulsa Police, accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was walking in her neighborhood for exercise.
The affidavit for Erryn Bradley says it happened July 18th and as the woman was walking, she heard fast footsteps come up behind her and saw Bradley, who began talking to her.
It says in order to be polite, she gave her name when Bradley asked and when asked if she had a boyfriend, she said she was married with kids and when he asked for her Snapchat account, she gave it to him, to appease him, with no intent to communicate with him.
It says Bradley asked for a hug and she said no and that’s when he grabbed her and sexually assaulted her.
It says surveillance video from a nearby house, showed Bradley following the victim.
It says police learned of another victim in the neighborhood, who said in June, she was walking her dog and Bradley came up behind her and to be polite, she talked to him, when he started a conversation.
It says Bradley followed her home and knocked on her door and told her she was cute and asked for her phone number and she gave it to him, hoping he’d go away.
She says he kept asking her to get together sometime and the encounter creeped her out.
Records show he was charged in December of 2022 with indecent exposure in Tulsa County and that case has a trial date for this December.
Records show he was charged in June of 2022 in Mayes County with endangering others while running from police, child endangerment and drugs and his next court date in that case is August 9th.
He’s now been charged with rape by instrumentation.
