RawNews1st – Tulsa Police arrest a Rogers County man, who’s accused of making lewd proposals to who he thought was a 14 year old girl.
The affidavit for 41 year old Amos Horner says he lives in Claremore.
It says the TPD Sex Predator Digital Evidence Recovery Unit began investigating Horner after he used 2 social media platforms to contact what he thought was a minor.
As usual for these types of classes, the affidavit is too graphic to share much, but it does say:
September 13th: It says Horner asked, “Have you ever had an adult conversation here in a dirty way with an older man?”
September 15th: It says he asked for photos and said, “You know what would be nice to see…… I could show you my … as well…”
Sent a photos of his penis.
September 27th, it says he sent a second picture of his penis and asked, “Do you want to learn how to sexually satisfy a man?” and “We definitely have to keep it a secret.”
November 4: Officers served warrants and say after initially refusing to come to the door, Horner admitted he’d sent the messages and photos.
He’s been booked into the Rogers County jail for 4 counts of making lewd proposals to a minor and 1 count of misdemeanor obstruction.
