Lincoln Plummer, 29, numerous active warrants for his arrest, including felony warrants out of Troop 4

RawNews1st – Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance with locating 29-year-old Ollee Lincoln-Plummer of Lewes, DE.
Lincoln-Plummer currently has numerous active warrants for his arrest, including felony warrants out of Troop 4 for incidents that occurred in August 2022.
Lincoln-Plummer is described as a black male, approximately 5’08” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Lincoln-Plummer also has noticeable vitiligo (discolored patches of skin) on his hands. He may be frequenting the Rehoboth Beach, Millsboro, or Seaford areas.
Currently an active double-homicide investigation: Do not approach suspect
The suspect is wanted if please be aware if you see this man call 911 immediately
Attempts to locate Lincoln-Plummer have been unsuccessful. Troopers are asking anyone who has information regarding his whereabouts to contact Detective J. O’Neil at Troop 4 at 302-856-5850, or by calling 9-1-1.
