Lina Sardar Khil went missing from a playground in San Antonio, Texas on December 20, 2021; police believe she has been abducted and is in danger.
Lina’s mother left her to play while unattended for an unknown period. Using videos, the FBI believes Lina was abducted between 4:49pm and 5:07pm on Monday, December 20, 2021.
The circumstances around why Lina was left unattended in the park are unclear.
Lina’s family called police at 7:15pm; they immediately responded to the apartment complex. Investigators contacted FBI who are assisting on the investigation.
Upon arrival, police shut down the complex and placed officers at every entrance.
Nobody was allowed to enter or leave until they took down their information and searched their car for any signs of Lina.
During the next two days, police searched almost 300 apartments, more than once, in the complex where Lina lived. Investigators used search dogs to assist them in searching the apartments and nearby areas.
Investigators also searched nearby complexes, fields, and dumpsters for any evidence of Lina.
Lina is 4 feet tall and weighs 55lbs. She has she has brown eyes and straight brown shoulder length hair.
She was wearing a red dress, gold bangles, and a green bracelet, with her hair in a ponytail the day she disappeared.
Police want anyone who may know any information about Lina to contact them. Any minor detail may be relevant to finding Lina.
