Lexington Police Arrest Suspect After Incident at Walmart: North Carolina

LEXINGTON, NC – Lexington Police Officers worked an incident at 160 Lowes Blvd (Walmart) in reference to Marvin Daniels III discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle.

A juvenile and two adults occupied the car.

The juvenile passenger was struck by a bullet and transported to Brenners Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries during the incident.

Daniels was charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill, inflicting serious injury, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill and one count of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle causing serious injury.

Daniels was placed in the Davidson County Jail under a $550,000 secured bond. Salisbury Police Department assisted with his arrest.
