Layton Police Department issued the alert and said “suspect and victim may be in route to Arizona or Texas. Suspect and victim are not related.
The alert included two photos, one of a man “suspected to be Hunter Fox,” 25. No details about him are included. The victim is 13-year-old Evan McConney. It said McConney may have left home on Monday night.
He is listed as 5 feet 4 inches tall and is said to weight 110 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was possibly wearing a black windbreaker with a white t-shirt with blue and yellow bunny skull and bones according to the state’s alert.
He could be dressed in blue and gray sweatpans with black Vans shoes with a yellow Cobra Kai emblem. He also has an olive drab beanie with the same logo as his shirt.
