Level 3: Putnam, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Erie, Huron, Hancock, Wyandot, Marion, Morrow, Richland, Crawford, Ashland, Holmes, Mercer, Auglaize, Union, Delaware, Pickaway, Ross, Pike, Fayette, Highland, Adams, Hocking, Fairfield, Perry, Morgan, Athens, Vinton, Jackson, Coshocton, Muskingum, Guernsey, Noble, Monroe, and Jefferson Counties.
Level 2: Williams, Fulton, Defiance, Henry, Paulding, Allen, Lucas, Wood, Lorain, Medina, Wayne, Summit, Portage, Darke, Preble, Butler, Hamilton, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Clinton, Brown, Madison, Franklin, Scioto, Knox, Licking, Belmont, Washington, Meigs, Lawrence, and Gallia Counties.

Road conditions are horrible statewide this morning!
Level 3: All roadways are closed to non-emergency personnel. No one should be driving during these conditions unless it is absolutely necessary to travel or a personal emergency exists.
Level 2: Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be very icy. Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roads. Motorists should use extreme caution.
