Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Critical Missing Juvenile Ziara Maxine Hernandez. She is a 15 year-old female Hispanic who was last seen by her sister at her home on the 1800 block of Fruitvale Avenue, in the city of South El Monte on August 22, 2021 at approximately 2:00am.
Ziara is 5’4” tall, 85lbs with dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. Ms. Hernandez was last seen wearing a sweater, grey pants, black “high top Converse” shoes, two backpacks (one brown), and a “Hello Kitty” skateboard. Ziara suffers from depression. She expressed her desire to go to a beach but did not say which one.
Her family is concerned with her wellbeing and asking for the public’s help.
