LASD deputies reportedly exchange fire with suspect in La Puente.
At this point, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau has only confirmed that a shooting involving deputies had occurred when a suspect fired upon them.
They have yet to disclose who was wounded or the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
The suspect is reported to be barricading inside of a home in the area.
Reports from the scene allege that the suspect had been firing at pedestrians before the shooting occurred.
