Vermont State Police confirmed they were responding to an “emergency situation” on Slayton Terrace and said the law enforcement presence will be significant.
The public is urged to avoid the area.
“This is a developing incident, and the extent and precise nature of the incident are currently unknown,” police wrote in the release.
“Members of the public should avoid the area and expect to see a significant police presence.”
