LOS ANGELES, CA – Fernando Velez of Los Angeles was arrested after smashing a driver’s side view mirror in a McDonald’s drive-thru.
Los Angeles Police Officers promptly arrested him and charged with in violation of Health & Safety Code section 11377. He was later booked into a local jail.
