Lane Phipps, 26, wanted for attempted Murder as well as for Assault in the 1st Degree and Felony Harassment

Lynnwood Police are asking for your help to find 26-year-old Lane Scott Phipps.
He’s wanted for Attempted Murder in Whatcom County as well as for Assault in the 1st Degree and Felony Harassment in Snohomish County.
He was last seen driving a dark colored 2011 Jaguar XF with with temp tag #A5378260.
Officers say he is armed with a black handgun. He is 5’11, 185 lbs with blue eyes.
