In reference to the double homicide that occurred on April 29, 2022, investigators have arrested 27-year-old Lamarr Candia of Baltimore.
Investigators believe Candia shot and killed 33-year-old Robert Carter and 27-year-old Kennard Wilds at a gas station in the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard, following a dispute.
(Officers were originally dispatched to the 3900 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.)
Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Candia on June 3, 2022, in the 4000 block of Wabash Avenue without incident.
Detectives transported Lamarr Candia to Central Boking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st degree murder.

On April 29, 2022 at approximately 8:44 p.m., officers responded to the 3900 block of Liberty Heights for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located two male shooting victims, one 33-years-old and the other unknown.
Medics responded and transported both victims to Sinai Hospital where they both died a short time later.
